Shipping policy

Orders are processed and given to the appropriate carrier within two business days of purchase. Although we attempt to have orders delivered and fulfilled within five business days, recent shipping delays are very frequent and are something that is completely out of our control. Please reach out if you need assistance with tracking.

Cisco's Collectibles practices the highest standards in item inspections and will never ship out a product that is below the described sale condition of said product. We practice Collector's Care Packing and we guarantee that every item is packaged with an abundance of attention and protection. Every order is packed using premium protection shipping supplies, such as but not limited to, corrugated boxes, plastic bubble wrap, packing and tissue paper, etc. If you believe that your item suffered damage during the shipping and handling period, please reach out as soon as possible so we may begin an investigation and launch an insurance claim with the package carrier if necessary.

Pop! Figures that are in the same order as Pop! Protectors of the same size will be placed in the protectors by default. Customers are able to request them to be sent separately at no extra cost via email. Customers may also request via social media, however, we advise that there is frequently a slight response delay. If package has already been prepared for carrier handoff, we will not be able to honor the request.
