  • Cisco's Collectibles was started by collectors, for collectors. We have a heavy emphasis on the quality of every single product that is purchased from us and thoroughly inspect every order prior to shipping, and so we are more than happy to offer our Mint Condition Guarantee on all products that we source directly from a manufacturer or licensed distributor.

     

    If you receive a product that you do not believe is in mint condition, please send an inquiry with details and photographs within FIVE business days of carrier marked delivery, anything after the allotted timeframe will be subject to our standard return policy. If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label and customer will have the option of having us send a replacement, receiving item value via store gift card, or obtaining a full refund as soon as the damaged product is received. If it is impossible to send a mint condition replacement, customer will be notified and item amount will be given on a gift card or full refund will be processed.

     

    Please Note: Pre-Ordered items are covered under our MCG, however, it is possible that we do not have a replacement readily available and we would therefore proceed with other compensation routes.

     

    We are unable to fulfill an exact replacement request for special variants that were initially received.

  • How do pre-orders work?

     

    Cisco's Collectibles is proud to be partnered with vendors and distributors that allow us to secure the most sought after products for our fellow collector customers.

     

    When you secure the Pre-Order, you are ensuring that you are one of the lucky collectors that will be receiving these products as soon as we receive them.

     

    We will always be fully transparent with the estimated fulfillment date, however, everything is regrettanly out of our hands until the product has physically arrived to our location. We are unable to provide a specific fulfillment date under the current situation. Please read the COVID Considerations for more information.

     

    Can I cancel my pre-order?

     

    Yes! When you place a pre-order, you have TWO calendar days to request a refund at no extra cost by sending us your order information at support@ciscoscollectibles.com. If you send the email out of office hours and do not receive a prompt response, we will still honor the free cancellation period as long as it was sent within the two day window. 

    If you need to cancel your pre-order outside of the two day window, a 20% Cancellation Fee will apply.

     

    Why is there a cancellation fee?

     

    Pre-Orders are typically for the most anticipated products of the year and brand new releases. These products are expected to sell out, and when we receive a cancellation we have to adjust the order quantity with our vendors, which triggers fees that are typically a lot larger than the penalty that applies to our customers.

     

    Are there any issues caused by COVID-19 that affect my pre-order?

    Regrettably the COVID-19 Pandemic has affected the supply chain at every single level. Our vendors and distributors are consistently delaying our inventory due to shipping delays of their own.

     

    What is different when I place a pre-order under the pandemic than usual?

     

    We are a team of collectors and understand how frustrating delays and uncertainty can be, which is why we are committed to full transparency, always.

     

    Pre-Order Product Pages will have an estimated fulfillment time frame, by yearly quarter.

     

    Q1: January-March 
    Q2: April-June
    Q3: July-September
    Q4: October-December

     

    This is something that we will look to consistently improve and hopefully we can provide our customers with a much more specific time frame in the future.

     

    What are you doing to ensure that I am informed of my order status?

     

    We request weekly supply updates from all of our vendors and distributors for all incoming items, and promptly inform our customers of any delays.

     

    Please utilize our Pre-Order Status tab on our homepage to see all distributor updates.

     

    What happens if my product gets delayed?

     

    In the case that your order is delayed outside of the quoted time frame, we will notify you via the provided email.

     

    If you wish to cancel, you have a new two day cancellation window with no penalties from the date that the email is sent out.
